We also accept surplus, taxi, PUV, PUJ, trucks, motorcycle and tricycle.
Additional requirements for PUV and PUJ: LTFRB franchise inspection fee receipt.
Additional requirements for tricycle loan: 2-3 years tricycle

Real Estate / Mortgage Loan

1. Collateral: Original TCT

Requirements:

1. Certified true copy of TCT, tax declaration and RETR
2. Vicinity map and picture
3. Original CTC and TIN

Business / Corporate Loan

Requirements:

1. Business permit (Mayor's or barangay permit)
2. DTI registration (for single proprietorship)
3. SEC registration, Articles of Incorporation and Board resolution to borrow (for Corporation)
4. Latest Bank Statement (at least 2 months)

OFW / Beneficiary Loans

Requirements:

1. 2 valid ID's
2. 2 pcs. 2x2picture
3. Original residence proof of billing (electricity, phone, water, credit card, cable, etc.)
4. If married, marriage contract
5. Proof of residency
6. Contract of employment / Job offered
7. POEA information sheet / E-receipt
8. VISA / passport

Co-borrower:

1. Spouse or close relative as co-borrower and co-signatory of the checks
2. 2 valid ID's
3. 2 pcs. 2x2picture
4. Original residence proof of billing (electricity, phone, water, credit card, cable, etc.)
5. Source of income

Seaman / Allottee Loans

Requirements:

1. 2 valid ID's
2. 2 pcs. 2x2picture
3. Original residence proof of billing (electricity, phone, water, credit card, cable, etc.)
4. If married, marriage contract
5. Proof of residency
6. Latest contract of employment
7. Seafarer regisrtation certificate/ passport/ seman's book
8. Certificate of allotment
9. Contact person and contact number in agency

Migrant Loan

Requirements:

1. Standard copy of contract
2. Certification of employment of OFW
3. Company ID
4. Payslip
5. Passport
6. Entry VISA stamp (latest)
7. Exit VISA stamp at Philippines (latest)
8. Valid ID's of OFW

Co-borrower:

1. Relative of the OFW must be 1st and 2nd degree
2. 2x2 ID picture
3. 2 valid ID's
4. Electric bill (Meralco bill/ water bill) "MUST BE ORIGINAL"
5. Remittances received every month
6. Source of income
7. Marriage contract (if married)
